Hired to represent Solutions360, Inc. as a Q360 product and process expert on implementation projects. Advise customers on software processes and business fundamentals best practices. Perform gap analysis to influence system configuration. Configure new Q360 installations and import new clients’ historical business data. Tailor training sessions and train end users on Q360 software and best practices. Develop strong customer relationships and ensure a premium customer experience. Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the software implementation process.

Consult with small businesses to identify roadblocks to success and devise action plans. Help with problem-solving, logistics, and budgets.
